Below is a list of our F3 Overland Park workouts, locations, days and times. Currently, F3 Overland Park meets 7 days a week. Workouts are peer-led in a rotating fashion (that's the fun of it; you never know what's coming next) and they always end in a circle of trust.
Remember, we meet rain or shine, hot or cold and yes, it's early, but it's worth it! Your future self will thank you and you'll be better just for showing up.
